Day 1: Arrival

Upon arrival Cairo Airport, our Royal Way representative will meet and assist you crossing the customs hall, then transfer to your hotel for check-in and overnight.

Day 2: Cairo Sightseeing

Around 08:00 am, you will be picked by Royal Way Egyptologist in private air conditioned vehicle to explore one of the seven wonders of the ancient world. Visit the impressive 3 Pyramids of Kings Cheops, Chephren, and Menkaure which are guarded by the rock-cut statue (The Sphinx) a large half-human, half-lion statue.

The Great Pyramid of King Cheops is the only standing wonder from the ancient world, although it is 2,000 years older than any other wonder on the list.

Then you will proceed to visit the world-renowned Museum of Egyptian Antiques which exhibits a collection now over 120000 masterpieces ranges from Pre-dynastic era, Pharaonic era to the Greco-Roman period in Egypt including the treasures of the child King Tutankhamen, Pharaonic Gods and Goddess, with option visit to the mummies room at the Egyptian Museum where you may learn about the Great Egyptian civilization and the mummification art in ancient Egypt.

Then ending our tour with going to Khan el Khalili Bazaar which is one of Cairo's main attractions ..the district of Khan el Khalili was originally a mausoleum called "el Zaafran" for the burial of Fatimid Caliphs ,after that it became a district for the Turkish community during the Ottoman period , and now it becomes a bazaar where you will find many souvenirs shops ,coffeehouses "Café" serving Arabic coffee and offering Hookah "Shisha", and restaurants throughout the area.

Then you will be picked up to your hotel to stay overnight.

Day 3: Fly to Luxor / East Bank Tour

Breakfast at the hotel, then you will be transferred to Cairo airport for our flight to Luxor.

Upon arrival you will be met and assisted by your own Egyptologist expert guide to visit Karnak Temple, the largest place of worship ever built. Its ancient name Ipet-isut means the most sacred of places. The temple, or, more correctly, the complex of temples, was built more than two thousand years ago by generation after generation of pharaohs. Within the complex, the great Hypostyle Hall is an incredible forest of giant pillars.

Then you will be transferred to the majestic Luxor Temple which built by Amenhotep III and Ramses II for ritual and festivals and dedicated to the god Amun.

Then enjoy some free time for shopping in Luxor and then you will be transferred to your Nile cruise ship in Luxor for embarkation with lunch afternoon tea, dinner and overnight stay in Luxor aboard Nile cruise.

Tonight, if you wish, enjoy an optional sound and light show at the Temple of Karnak.

Day 4: Nile Cruise Tour

Breakfast onboard the Nile cruise in Luxor, and then you will be accompanied by your expert guide and driver to enjoy a visit to the West Bank of the river Nile to visit the two colossal statues of Amenhotep III (Colossi of Memnon).

Then visit the Valley of the Kings, where the magnificent tombs discovered, those tombs were carved deep into the desert rock, richly decorated and filled with treasures for the afterlife of the pharaohs, then you will visit 3 tombs.

You will also have the chance to visit the Hatshepsut Temple at El Deir El Bahary, this impressive temple dedicated to the Queen Hatshepsut the only female pharaoh who rises out of the desert plain in a series of terraces and merges with the sheer limestone cliffs that surround it then back to the cruise.

Sail to Edfu via Esna Luck with lunch, afternoon tea and dinner aboard your cruise and overnight stay.

Day 5: Nile Cruise Tour

Before breakfast aboard your Nile cruise you may enjoy the amazing sunrise view from your river cruise in with leisurely free time while sailing to Edfu where you will be transferred by a horse drawn carriage to visit the famous Edfu Temple also known as the temple of Horus & Haroeris, the falcon-headed solar War God is the largest and most perfectly preserved of all the Nile temples.

Back to the Nile cruise by the same way to sail to Kom Ombo to visit the temple the crocodile-headed God of fertility and creator of the world and then return to your Nile cruise vessel to take a relaxing sail to Aswan with lunch, afternoon tea and dinner aboard your cruise and a peaceful overnight stay.

Day 6: Nile Cruise Tour

Breakfast aboard your Nile cruise ship in Aswan and then you will be accompanied by your Egyptologist speaking guide for an exciting tour to the world famous High Dam that was an engineering miracle when it was built in the 1960s. It contains 18 times the material used in the Great Pyramid of Cheops; continue to the granite quarries which supplied the ancient Egyptian pharaohs with most of the hard stone used in pyramids and temples.

The quarries still hold the famous Unfinished Obelisk and then you will be taking by motor-boat to island of Egilka visit the majestic Philae Temple that was dedicated to the Goddesses Isis.

Optional evening excursion will offer the sound and light show at the Temple of Philae Return to your Nile cruise ship for lunch, afternoon tea and dinner and leisurely free time in Aswan and overnight stay aboard the cruise.

Day 7: Abu-Simbel Optional Excursion / Flight back Cairo

Enjoy your breakfast aboard your Nile cruise in Aswan.

Today is your day for leisure in Aswan with amazing optional excursion to Abu Simbel Temples to discover the magnificent monuments and the majestic two temples of the Abu Simbel that were built by Egypt’s great Pharaoh Ramses II one is of the Great Pharaoh himself and the second was dedicated for his favorite wife Nefertari then return back to Aswan with free time at leisure.

Then you will be transferred to Aswan airport for flight back to Cairo, upon arrival you will be met and assist by Royal Way representative who will pick you to you hotel for smooth check-in and overnight.

Day 8: Over-Day Alexandria

Breakfast at hotel, then around 07:00 am meet your guide and head north towards Alexandria, Egypt’s second capital to discover the beauty of the Greco Roman civilization.

Will start our tour by visiting Catacombs which considered one of the Seven Wonders of the middle age, It's the largest known Roman burial site in Egypt, with three tiers of tombs that could accommodate up to 300 corpses. The cemetery originally was dug to be a private cemetery for one family, then it was converted to be a public cemetery the architecture of the tombs mirrors Greco-Roman styles.

After finish our first visit in Alexander the Great city, will get a photo stop at Qaitbay’s Citadel, the 15th -century defensive fortress located on the Mediterranean Sea coast. The Citadel is situated at the entrance of the eastern harbor on the eastern point of the Pharos Island. It was erected on the exact site of the famous Lighthouse of Alexandria, which was one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.

Then stop for lunch at a nice sea food restaurant, ending your tour by visiting the Montazah Royal Palaces and Gardens which belonging to the royal family of Mohamed Ali Pasha from Khedive Abbas Helmy II till King Farouk I, you will wander around the 3000 meters wide gardens containing a huge selection of trees and plants and some of them are quite rare. Drive back to Cairo and overnight.

Day 9: Departure

Breakfast at your hotel, check-out then you will be transferred to Cairo airport for flight back home.
