Day 1: Arrive Cairo

Upon arrival Cairo Airport, our Royal Way representative will meet and assist you crossing the customs hall, then transfer to your hotel for check-in and overnight.

Day 2: Cairo Sightseeing

Around 08:00 am, you will be picked by Royal Way Egyptologist in private air conditioned vehicle to explore one of the seven wonders of the ancient world. Visit the impressive 3 Pyramids of Kings Cheops, Chephren, and Menkaure which are guarded by the rock-cut statue (The Sphinx) a large half-human, half-lion statue. The Great Pyramid of King Cheops is the only standing wonder from the ancient world, although it is 2,000 years older than any other wonder on the list.

Then you will proceed to visit the world-renowned Museum of Egyptian Antiques which exhibits a collection now over 120000 masterpieces ranges from Pre-dynastic era, Pharonic era to the Greco-Roman period in Egypt including the treasures of the child King Tutankhamen, Pharaonic Gods and Goddess, with option visit to the mummies room at the Egyptian Museum where you may learn about the Great Egyptian civilization and the mummification art in ancient Egypt,

Then ending our tour with going to Khan el Khalili Bazaar which is one of Cairo's main attractions ..the district of Khan el Khalili was originally a mausoleum called "el Zaafran" for the burial of Fatimid Caliphs ,after that it became a district for the Turkish community during the Ottoman period , and now it becomes a bazaar where you will find many souvenirs shops ,coffeehouses "Café" serving Arabic coffee and offering Hookah "Shisha", and restaurants throughout the area. Then you will be picked up to your hotel to stay overnight.

Day 3: Fly to Aswan – Aswan Sightseeing

Breakfast at your hotel, then you will be transferred to Cairo airport for your flight to Aswan city, will be met and assist by Royal Way representative who will escort you to your Nile Cruise, where you will enjoy the next 4 Days / 3 Nights Nile cruise holiday from Aswan up to Luxor with fantastic sailing and thrilling tours for, lunch onboard.

Afternoon meet your tour guide who will accompany you in an exciting tour to the world famous High Dam that was an engineering miracle when it was built in the 1960s. It contains 18 times the material used in the Great Pyramid of Cheops; continue to the granite quarries which supplied the ancient Egyptians with most of the hard stone used in pyramids and temples. The quarries still hold the famous Unfinished Obelisk.

Later you will be taking by motor-boat to Island of Egilka visit the majestic Philae Temple that was dedicated to the Goddesses Isis. For our enjoyment, a Felucca Ride is included on the Nile River in Aswan this afternoon.

Return to our Nile cruise ship for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Kom Ombo – Edfu

Early sail to Kom Ombo, breakfast onboard then you will be accompanied by your Egyptologist to visit Kom Ombo Temple, the crocodile-headed God of fertility and creator of the world.

Lunch aboard your cruise with free time at leisure whilst sailing to Edfu to explore Edfu's Temple of Horus, one of the best-preserved Ancient Egyptian temples on the Nile.

Afternoon tea is served on the sun deck while sailing to Luxor via Esna.

Enjoy oriental show and Galabia Party onboard, dinner and overnight Luxor.

Day 5: Luxor West Bank – East Bank

Breakfast onboard the cruise, then will be picked up by our tour guide to visit archaeological sites of the ancient Egyptians on the west bank of the Nile including the two colossal statues of Amenhotep III (Colossi of Memnon).

Then visit the Valley of the Kings, where the magnificent tombs discovered, those tombs were carved deep into the desert rock, richly decorated and filled with treasures for the afterlife of the pharaohs, you will visit 3 tombs.

Continue the tour to visit the Hatshepsut Temple at El Deir El Bahary, this impressive temple dedicated to the Queen Hatshepsut the only female pharaoh rises out of the desert plain in a series of terraces and merges with the sheer limestone cliffs that surround it.

Lunch onboard, then heading to visit the two Massive temples on the eastern bank of the Nile, visit the Temple of Luxor and Temple of Karnak.

Karnak Temple, the largest place of worship ever built. Its ancient name Ipet-isut means the most sacred of places. The temple, or, more correctly, the complex of temples, was built over more than two thousand years by generation after generation of pharaohs. Within the complex, the great Hypostyle Hall is an incredible forest of giant pillars. Then you will be transferred to the majestic Luxor Temple which built by Amenhotep III and Ramses II for ritual and festivals and dedicated to the god Amun.

Enjoy belly dance show onboard, dinner and overnight Luxor.

Day 6: Disembarkation – Fly back to Cairo

Breakfast onboard, check-out our Nile Cruise, then fly back to Cairo, upon arrival will meet and assist through our representative who will escort you to your hotel for check-in and overnight Cairo.

Day 7: Fly to Nairobi

Breakfast at your hotel, check-out then our representative will escort you to Cairo airport for departure to Nairobi

Day 8: Maasai Mara Game Reserve

In the morning we leave Nairobi and travel southwest to the famous Maasai Mara Game Reserve. Our journey to Mara takes us via the scenic Great Rift Valley in Kenya. Along the way we stop to admire the breathtaking views, before climbing the western side of the Rift Valley. Then we traverse the Loita Plains entering Maasai territory, where we pass Maasai warriors tending their livestock along the road.

We look out for game as we drive to our overnight base, near Maasai Mara, arriving in time for lunch. After lunch we venture into this beautiful Kenyan game park on an afternoon game drive. We explore Masa Mara searching for the abundant wildlife found here, including Africa’s Big Five animals – lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard and rhino.

Day 9: Maasai Mara Game Drives

The next two days are set aside for game viewing in Kenya’s leading game park, the Masai Mara National Reserve.

Our morning and afternoon game drives take us in search of Africa’s Big Five and the wide array of other wildlife inhabiting this vast Kenyan game reserve. On clear days, the Mara offers fantastic orange-tinged sunsets that make for spectacular photos.

Day 10: Maasai Mara to Lake Nakuru National Park

Starts with an early morning game drive in Maasai Mara Game Reserve. Our last Mara game drive takes us in search of any wildlife that may have evaded us thus far. Then we head back to the lodge near the game park for breakfast, before hitting the road again.

From the Masai Mara Reserve we drive north to Lake Nakuru National Park, arriving at our guest house in time for lunch. After lunch we head into the bush on an afternoon game viewing drive in Lake Nakuru Park, in search of its diverse wildlife and numerous birds.

Lake Nakuru is often called the Pink Lake given the renowned sea of pink flamingos found in its shallow soda waters. Up to millions of flamingos can be seen fringing the lake at times – an awesome natural spectacle! This Great Rift Valley lake also hosts over 400 other bird species. We have dinner and overnight at a comfortable Lake Nakuru hotel.

Day 11: Lake Nakuru to Nairobi

Embark on an early morning game drive in Nakuru National Park, before breakfast. Next, we depart for Nairobi on a relaxed drive. Arrive and check in to your hotel with the rest of the afternoon at leisure. Overnight stay.

Day 12: Departure

Breakfast at hotel, check-out free time until transfer to airport for your departure flight.
